CLEARTEST Tetanus

The CLEARTEST Tetanus Rapid test is an immunological test for the qualitative detection of antibodies against tetanus toxin in human whole blood, serum or plasma. The test is used as an aid in the diagnosis of infection with tetanus toxin. Clostridium tetani is a bacterium that causes tetanus (lockjaw) in humans. The test contains particles coated with tetanus toxoid antigen and a membrane coated with human IgG antibodies.

3-step procedure (sampling, sample preparation, testing).
Test evaluation after 15 minutes.
Store in a sealed bag at 2 –30 °C, do not freeze.
